My visit here was excellent. Dr Deep and Dr Sheed took good care of me. The nurses and office staff were top notch, very helpful and caring. I would recommend this office to everyone.
This was our intake visit. Dr. Shah was called away for an emergency, so we were not able to meet with him. We were able to do the intake with other staff. Everyone was very considerate and welcoming. However, he called me after hours to apologize for missing the appointment and let me know my requested referrals had been processed. Looking forward to meeting Dr. Shah in person.
Because Dr Deep Shah is a great listener, he formulates his diagnosis, presents his diagnoses and prognoses to me and then, together, we agree on a plan of action. Dr Shah is smart, very personable and easy to converse with. His nurse, Brij, is warm, compassionate, and very caring. While the front office, honchoed by Larina, is efficient, the staff could be more vibrant, not be so stiff, and show more personality.
