I wish I had read the reviews before walking in. There is a theme here - they make mistakes and then lie and blame the customer. I told them their business practices were problematic and although I never leave bad reviews, I would certainly leave them a negative review so as to warn consumers.
Do not give them your business. They send out their alternations but when they totally messed up my alternations they charged me, changed the facts and would not take responsibility or fix the mistake. They don't care and do not stand behind their service.

I took 2 rugs and was charged almost $200 for them to roll them up in paper. They were not cleaned. I can’t believe I was scammed this bad. I will not return to this place. I will also let the person I know who referred me to not go back either. This was wrong.

We have been going to Green Cleaners for a long time, the original owners were great. I am worried about the new owners. I was in recently, my clothes came out fine. However, when I picked them up the place smelled really bad, like a sewer. There were dirty clothes everywhere in piles and lying on the floor. I can’t imagine going back and taking my nice dress clothes in to lay in a smelly pile on the floor. It is expensive too?
