Ray with Daylight Basements did an excellent job on finishing our basement. We were a little lost with the layout of our basement, and even other contractors we got bids from didn't seem to have the vision that Ray did. He was able to move walls and put up beams to open up walls to create a much more useable space than the way the basement was framed initially. We were completely impressed with the quality of work he and his subs did. He does not cut corners. Ray and his team were fantastic to work with! Ray provided us with a professional design for our unfinished basement and had very creative ideas and solutions for our space. He and his crew were professional and were extremely detail oriented. Our project included a full custom bar, wine cellar, full bathroom, bedroom and media room. When we first moved to Atlanta we had for design build firm's come look at our project. They all told us it was too complicated and that we needed an architect. A friend suggested we try daylight basement. Ray Pavlovich came by and in just a few hours and laid out our entire basement with everything we wanted. A perfect design. We used his design to get bids from several other companies. Our only concern was that his bid was much lower than everyone else, but it was his vision and he had great references so we went with Daylight Basement.
