I had a periodontal maintenance cleaning today by Kywana. These are not something to look forward to, but she made me feel very comfortable. My teeth were very clean and smooth after she was done. Natalya at the front desk was able to get me in the same day after a scheduling mixup. She did this all so effortlessly and with joy. Dr. Batterton performed the exam professionally and made me at ease with his sense of humor. I look forward to my next appointment!
My first time in this office as I'm looking for a new dentist that takes my insurance. My previous one dropped insurance after 6 years being there. I was welcomed kindly. The dental assistant was pleasant as she and I conversed some while she took the x-rays. Then Dr. Park saw me. I appreciated her attention to some detail of a certain tooth. She was knowledgeable, kind, and didn't push trying to get specific things done. Then I saw the hygienist who was careful scraping tartar near the gums and did a thorough job. No one tried to sell me things that weren't necessary as I've experienced in some other chain dental offices. I hope to be with Dr. Park many years.
This is a wonderful dental office with professional and friendly staff. Dr. Park is an excellent dentist who has a good hand. She thoroughly answers questions and concerns. Merline at the front desk is a sweetheart who does her best to accommodate your schedule. Highly recommended.
