Banfield Pet Hospital - Johns Creek provides quality and attentive health care for dogs, cats, and small animals. The veterinarians and staff are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive health care. The hospital offers a range of services, including routine vaccinations, microchipping, dental, and surgical care. The staff, including Dr. Huang, Dr. Ravie, and Dr. Suppa, are caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about pet health. Clients appreciate the friendly, helpful, and modern facility, and have consistently had positive experiences, feeling that their pets receive the best care possible.
The vet was very thorough, but I felt like everything was about selling us a wellness plan. We were even told in the back that there was a $125 membership fee or enrollment fee and then we get up to the front to check out, and there was no fee any longer. It was just super confusing and felt like a lot of pressure. It should just be about caring for your pet and not so much the bottom dollar of getting people into a wellness plan.
My little dog has been in their care for 5 years and I always have had a very good experience with them. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to make appointments and to re-schedule when necessary. The vets call me after every visit and explain what was done and what needs to be done in order to ensure a healthy life for the little one
Lauren, Natalie, Dr. Bousquets, and Dr. Suppa make the usually stressful pet care routine a five star experience. They know our animals and make us feel like family every time they call for reminders and help us through the door for care visits. Looking forward to next time!
