No recomendaria que vinieran a trabajar en esta compañia primero que nada nunca tienen materiales para que uno pueda hacer su trabajo devidamente Segundo estan cortos de personal y obligan a uno a hacer El trabajo de 4 o 5 personas tercero no cumplen con las horas requeridas y tratan muy Mal a sus empleados cuarto son personas muy racistas aparte del Mal trato quieren y exigen UN respeto que ellos no le brindan a sus empleados TE dicen y TE prometen muchas cosas que nunca las cumplen no suben El sueldo SI entras a cierta cantidad TE quedas cobrando la misma cantidad Otra cosa es que con El personal y El equipo que tienen en SUS oficinas las cosas tiene que SER como ellos digan y quieran que SE Hagan las cosas no Dan El tiempo suficiente para que una persona pueda hacer UN buen trabajo y un exelente trabajo entonces quieren que uno sea puntual con las horas cuando a cada rato le cortan las horas de trabajo ah uno TE prometen mas de 40 horas laborales por semana y solo le Dan de 30-35 horas para ASI no cumplas con El requisito TE despiden injustamente sin explicaciones y sin una excusa justificable ASI porque si entonces dicen que son la mejor compañia y lo que tienen son DOS personas por truck como uno puede ser despedido ASI no tiene la capacidad de cumplir los requisitos como una compañia y quieren que uno tenga la capacidad de hacer El trabajo sin herramientas y sin equipo laboral en fin de cuenta si TE ofrecen trabajo o estas buscando trabajo no lo recomiendo para nada hay compañias mucho mejor que la Russell y con Gran exelencia laboral y que SI aprecian y respetan ah SUS empleados no como la Russell ASI que piensalo Bien antes de tomar una decicion erronea gracias por su atencion I would not recommend that they come to work in this company. We recently hired them to maintain our condo complex in Mount Pleasant SC, and as a high end residential landscaper in mount pleasant myself I am extremely happy with the services compared to previous companies we have used. Very professional, maintain a good routine, nice staff (spoke with one), and overall professional work. 10/10 will be recommending to anyone for commercial work.
