My experience at LaVida was very relaxing. All of the staff members were polite and professional. They made me feel comfortable and I could tell they cared about my needs. The massage by Will was amazing. He took my personal needs and worked on those areas better than I could have expected.

I have had bad luck with massages in the past. one had me so sore for a week that I could barely walk, another one messed my back up so bad I was stuck in bed for several days. After having some health issues I decided to try this place out. AMAZING! First massage was the Swedish/Relaxation massage. I immediately booked another one for 4 days later for a hot stone massage. And I already have one scheduled for the end of December, but I'm sure I will squeeze in a couple more before then. Great prices and the techs made sure to go over any problem areas you wanted them to focus on or wanted them to avoid. Staff is beyond friendly. I have already told my whole family that going forward the only thing I want for Christmas/Birthdays is gift cards for this place. I highly recommend using Lavida massage in Sugar Hill.
This place is worth all of the hype!!! I struggle with neck and back problems, hip and knee problems and the massage was more than I was expecting - I am absolutely blown away with the care and attention for this price! Leon was kind, respectful, patient and I feel like a changed woman. I literally feel a few inches taller, and could feel my body releasing all of the tension it had been holding for weeks. Needless to say I signed up for their future services - you CANNOT beat the price they offer with the membership. These massages are customized, and Leon really focused on all the areas I called out in my prelim form and even gave me a few stretches I can do at home to help!
