I came here to extremely upset because my kid accidentally stepped on my glasses and broke them. I’m currently experiencing financial issues and I do not have insurance so it’s pretty hard to receive help. I came here In hopes I could find some cheap frames to wear just for the time being. I was greeted by “Joann”. She explained everything to me and took my lenses and proceeded to find me some frames in my price range. Unfortunately they didn’t have any and she ended up offering to see if she could fix the frames I have now. I work serving others. Customer service is tough.You have to look at the entire atmosphere to decide if your getting satisfying service. When I reached the vision center Nicole was the only employee there. She quickly acknowledge me. She was speaking with a guest when I arrived. She swiftly handle a guest on the phone. She informed the walmart worker to give her a moment to take care of me. Under the circumstance she didnt rush me or herself. She addressed all my concerns. Very professional and represented guest service to the maximum. Nicole you're awesome I prayed your day ended great.

Dr Lenoir not only provides excellent customer service, he provides exceptional customer CARE. Dr. Lenoir took the time to explain the what, why and the course of action. I really appreciated that. I've been to America's Best, Visions Works and LensCrafters which has the worst customer service and no bedside manner whatsoever!
