One stylist, Tee, has been particularly praised for her gentle approach and skilled braiding. Many parents express their satisfaction and excitement to return, making this salon a great choice for children's hair care on the east side of town. The salon offers a kid-friendly environment, with no ratchet TV, conversations, or music playing. Customers have praised the service, with Makalia and Tory receiving positive feedback for their work on children's hair. However, some customers have experienced issues with the salon's scheduling and communication, with one parent reporting a delayed start time and a disappointing experience with a stylist named Joneise. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, with the parent praising the work of Toni and Dai.
I love bringing my granddaughters here because it saves my back from trying to wash, blow dry and braid their hair. Bringing them consistently has allowed their hair to grow and they always look cute. I also appreciate that they never complain or get irritated or frustrated when the litte one (4 years old) starts to cry or whine. Their patience is worth the price.
Our visit today was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was nice and welcoming from start to finish. We are so pleased with our daughter’s hair. Ms. Ashley did her thing! We will be back! 😊
Clean environment & Great location
Although, I would like to see better customer service and more patience w/ the clients (kids).
My daughters hair came out cute, but our experience was a bit uncomfortable due to her stylist not having patience.
I went to grab snacks & was informed by another mother who witnessed my child being told to “shut up” while getting her hair blow dried. After that I sat in front of my kid the rest of the appointment & I also witnessed Janeise not having much patience
w/ my baby.
