“I experienced GREAT service today! Upon ordering an arrangement online to be delivered I left out some important information. I was notified immediately via email of my error and I promptly received an invoice to pay. Later on in the day I was contacted regarding the color of the flowers and then again contacted with a photo of the final arrangement. I was so impressed not only with the BEAUTIFUL arrangement but with the customer service I received. Once I received a photo of the actual delivery, I was SURE I had chosen the right Florist !! Thank you Bella Arrangements for helping me celebrate a special day for my family member!!“
