Called Mr. Charles after having someone who claimed to be an electrician assist with my microwave that I thought shorted out. I received a call back that same day and two days later my outlet issue was fixed and my new microwave wave works perfectly. Mr. Charles and Marcus were so professional and knowledgeable and very kind. Will definitely use them again and I would 100% recommend them.

5 stars isn’t enough. I called them at 3:58 pm. The electrician Marcus arrived at 4:57 pm to fix an issue we had with replacing the hardwire outlet with a 4 prong outlet. Great customer service. Great work. Highly recommend.Services: Electrical wiring repair

Mike Oglesby was the first tech Mr. Morton sent me awhile back. From that point on, I personally ask for him. He is professional, yet personable. Even indulges in an old lady’s gibber while yet getting his work done! He is efficient and knowledgeable. I thank God for hardworking, young men.Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
