Poor management Moti Mariwalla is A joke of a Landlord. He's passive aggressive meaning he bullies you and then hides his hands. it's very sad he takes money from hard working salon suite owners. He keeps the facility in poor working condition. The bathrooms smell of sewage, they close at 5 so if you have afternoon customers they have to wait outside until you go open the door, the break room just got new washers and dryers. Once the bathroom toilets leaked and the poor workers had to sweep the water out of the main lobby. He watches all the workers on cameras to see who comes and goes and then he opens your suite without your permission. It's deplorable.... read full review

Very bad landlord experience doesn’t tend to facility all about taking your hard earned money. Acts as if he owns your suite. Landlord enters your suite without permission. Very disrespectful to long term tenants. Bathrooms nasty, smells like sewage, ceiling in suite rooms leak water, will sell you a pipe dream for the deposit money. Rooms are not furnished and are overpriced. Water fountain doesn’t work, AC always on wrong temperature (cold in winter hot in summer), Dishonest about pricing of rooms website says one thing and landlord will not honor the price.
