The gym has over 2,400 locations, and the mobile app provides numerous options for staying active. However, some members have expressed frustration with the maintenance of the stair machines, as they are often out of order. The staff is always welcoming and engaging, and the facility is always clean, fostering a true sense of community amongst the members. The crew, especially the morning crew, greets members by name and keeps them motivated. The trainer, Chanel, is praised for teaching correct form to prevent injury and helping members achieve amazing results. The gym offers a variety of classes and equipment, including a hydro massage chair, which is a great way to end a workout.
Older equipment but still useful
Gym overall was clean. Machines were functioning well. Staff is very friendly. Best time to go is around 2 or 3am. The Hydro Massage chair is great for after workout.
This location is my favorite location. However, recently I’ve noticed that cleaning supplies, mainly paper towels, run out and stay out for long periods of time. Also, I’m curious if the cleaning spray is really a disinfectant. It’s so watered down, there is no smell. This is odd because other locations I’ve been to, you can clearly smell the disinfectant. Also, I’m not a fan of the new changes since it’s reopening. They’ve taken out some equipment that I really enjoyed using. I’m also not a fan of the hydro beds. The flat beds were much more effective. It’s difficult to get a real massage on the curved beds.
