“I have used Paul Davis Restoration services twice and they both were great.I recently had a pipe burst in my home that destroyed 3 rooms and a bathroom. I contacted Paul Davis Restoration for their services that same night. Alex and his Customer service was great, took down all my information and had someone at my house the next day.I was very satisfied how they came in and started working the next day. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the services. They also worked with me even on the payments once the insurance company delayed the check. Cathy was great through a very difficult damage situation dealing with damage. Her attention to detail and genuine concern was second to none throughout the entire process. The finished project was better than we could have ever envisioned. I highly recommend Cathy as she is both experienced and a wonderful person to work with from beginning to end of project. Thanks
