I’ve been coming here on/off for years bc I’m usually in a different state. I usually have a good experience, last time the younger girls did my hair. Wash and blow out, I loved the results I always got a trim and it lasted a long time without any damage to my hair. They listened to me they were gentle and fulfilled all of my requests. This time my hair was done by an older lady not the owner but I am very disappointed with how she handled my hair. She was rough, she did not detangle or section my hair, she didn’t put me under the dryer long enough so there was EXCESSIVE heat to my hair I even complained and she just acted like she knew better than me. Came here for a blow out and cut. I was very nervous because the woman that use to do my hair in the first chair wasn't in. The lady that sits next to her did it. My hair looks amazing, I've received so many compliments and the best part is my hair is not fried.
I only give it three stars because it was a decent haircut. But $62 for a blowout and cut that was really about a $25 haircut didn't feel worth it. My stylist was not very hospitable and didn't even introduce herself to me. And the entire time I was getting my haircut she was talking to one of the other stylists who wasn't doing anything. She wasn't like most stylists and didn't even ask me about my boyfriend or anything (and he was sitting right there on the couch waiting for me.) It was also hot in there, they did not have the air conditioner on because I guess they're trying to save money but come on.
