Received collections call and report to credit agency on a bill that was PAID. Collections said Stockbridge Dental had to change the status with them. The receptionist at Stockbridge Dental told me on 8/17/21 that a former employee sent a lot of accounts to collections by mistake and the business manager would call me back to discuss. I have received no call back. The receptionist will not answer calls - hung up when I reached her. Collections says they spoke to the business manager who says the account is not paid. No one will discuss my bank statement proving it was paid. This is in addition to the fact that the actual services were almost $1,000 more than the estimate...read full review
