The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and responsive. She was able to get me a same day appointment. The technician was pleasant and showed me the shorted high voltage wire that caused the failure. He replaced the sender unit and charged me a fair price. I have had AHS off and on for almost 30 years, but decided to leave them recently after a seemingly change in culture at the company. I will be calling this company for all my heating/air and appliance needs.“
