I brought my whites in as usual and two of my tops were returned a cream colored and everything else was white. I WILL NOT be coming back here at all. They charged me full price also saying that’s the color it was. I know the color of my clothes and I did NOT drop it off that way.

I brought my coat and they didn't clean it, it was all dirty and stained, it also had a lot of hair that I don't know who it belonged to. They charged me 18 dollars, I told them that they had not washed the coat and despite that they did not want to clean it again or give me my money back.

Extremely disappointed. I gathered all my white clothing and brought it to this establishment. Trusting that they would handle my clothing with care. The day I arrived to pick up my clothing I noticed BLUE INK on my white shirts. I was then told that I brought it like that. Funny because it's a white sports bra so I KNOW FOR A FACT that I didnt have blue ink on a sports bra. She then tells me she will rewash it and to return back on Saturday. Now that I'm home and looking at other clothing its blue ink on there as well. My boyfriend noticed that used blue ink to write my name and telephone number to retrieve my clothes. He will be going up there Saturday to get my items...read full review
