“Goodevening. I dont usually rate my services. But I just had to this time. I met with the owner of SpirituallybeautifiedNails and right off very professional and nice. I was greeted with a glass of wine and fresh strawberrys. Even tho she was the only worker. She managed to do my nails and feet in a good timley fashion. She catered to my kids by serving juice and animal crakers. The service was grade A and customer service was amazing. She ask so many times did we need anything else. I could say so many other amazing things about this place and her presents. But Ill be here all day. Oh yeah! the design of the shop and colors with the beautiful flowers on her wall was an all time favorite. I recommend you and your love ones to go book with her she will not disappoint. Will be back very soon. Thanks E.“

“We visited this barbershop for the first time and booked with Alex based on his years of experience and what I saw on his Instagram. The shop itself was clean, the online booking process was simple, and Alex was punctual and professional, which I appreciated…. so I’m giving four stars.

That said, the haircut didn’t turn out the way we had hoped. I brought inspiration photos and clearly explained that we didn’t want a “mushroom” style, as my son prefers a more tousled, messy look. Unfortunately, after the cut, Alex used a round brush and hairdryer to style it in the exact way we were trying to avoid, curled under and very rounded.

Additionally, the fade was too high and not well blended, especially around the sides and behind the ears, where it extended oddly down toward the neck. It just wasn’t what we asked for, and it doesn’t suit my son’s style. I also asked that he leave his bangs long and his hair longer on top. When he started, my son had more than plenty of hair to do this. Unfortunately, Alex used a large guard to go over his scissor cut and he ended up boxing up my son’s bangs in the front.

Im a hairstylist myself, so I understand that mistakes happen. I did not argue the $50 charge and I still left a hefty tip. Only because I know that time is money and this is how we take care of our families.

We’ll have to let it grow out and find another barber for next time. A little disappointed, but hoping this feedback helps improve future experiences.

My son said he will just have to rock it for now and is thankful we tried it out now and has some time to let his hair grow out before school starts back.“
