This was my second time going to get my hair braided there (wasn't that pleased the first time either but ...) thought I'd give them another try and treat myself since my birthday was approaching. Went for semi micros and got small individuals. With the type of hair I was using, she put TO MUCH hair in the braid (yeah my hair is short but she caught it the first time- it's the same length- she huffed n puffed the whole time). Lost 2 braids 2 days later and now after 8 days 6 more. Didn't care for them speaking in their language the whole time customers were in there- you knew they were talking about you from their body language. I would like to Thank Michelle for being able to fit me in at the last minute. The service I received today was beyond my expectations. I didn't get what I wanted because hair was too short. But she made a recommendation and listened to what I wanted. The braids turned out better than I expected. First time there and will be going back. Do know the lady name that did my hair but I love them. I also like because the shop was not crowed and loud.Service: Braids
