Affordable Septic Service was recommended by neighbors. I will be a return customer. Chase and Seth answered all my questions and also provided much needed education on the care and maintenance of a septic system. Customer Service to this level is rarely found anymore. Price was better than expected and quality of work was excellent.
These guys were great. Prompt (next day service), straightforward, thoroughly explained and worked with me when the job was bigger than just a regular clean and were understanding with my worries about charges. Will use them again for any plumbing or septic issues.
The guys came out FAST, identified the issue, explained what needed to be done to clean and service our septic tank. The cost was reasonable for all they did and I do not feel like they tried to add unnecessary stuff to pad the bill as I have experience with other large companies such as Roto-Rooter. We plan to have these guys come back to manage our maintenance in the future. Thanks for the honest work!
