This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! They were extremely late picking me up for my appointment and they stopped to get gas after picking me up! I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of concern when it comes to having their clients to their appointments on time! When I finally got to my appointment I had to reschedule because I was an hour late getting there!

This company is actually incompetent. My mother was waiting outside dialysis on her transportation. Trinity driver pulled in and actually hit her in her wheelchair. The negligence of a driver hitting a patient is as incompetent as it gets. They didn’t even apologize, just tried denying he hit her but it was caught on camera. Do not use this company if you care for your life.

10-30-24 LEFT DISABLED SENIOR, 2 YR OLD AND 8 YR OLD STANDED IN METTER FOR ALMOST 3 YRS OUTSIDE, NO NEARBY SEAT OR WATER ON HOT DAY. MINUS ☆S. OWNER OR MGR DOING ALL THEIR BUSINESS ON CEL ENTIRE 1+ HR TRIPS WHILE PLAYING SOME RELIGIOUS PROGRAM ON RADIO WITH SPEAKERS IN BACK ON N LOW IN FRONT. NO SEPARATION BETWEEN U N THEM N ALL IN BACK SEATING ARE FARTHER DISTANCE FROM THEM BUT UP ON OTHER PASSENGERS. LESS THEN 2-3 FEET. GIANT VANS WITH NO SEPARATIONS FROM OTHER PASSENGERS!?!?!? ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY WERE VERY COVID FRIENDLY!!!!
