Tech was good but having to deal AI is not a enjoyable experience I could not talk to a person they had information mixed up with someone else I hope I don’t have to deal with the again I got over 20 emails for no reason
My expierence with the technician was good. He did what he said he was going to do, seemed knowledgable, and was efficient. I am very disappointed in the scheduling process. Most people dont have the luxery of taking an entire day off for a technician to come out. An 8 hour window is to long, why can't it be a 4 hour window so people only have to take half a day off work. Morning or afternoon, it should be that simple.
The technician came early which was good. He was so knowledgeable about our washer and dryer. He made the changes on both appliances. It was a pleasure to have the technician in our home.
