I can't comment on Neal's business specifically but Neal himself (or whoever drives his truck) is a complete gentleman. When I got stuck in the mud he stopped and pulled me out no questions asked! He would not accept any cash and he would not call me an idiot no matter how much I told him I deserved it.
After Helene, we found the point of attachment had been pulled from the house.
Naturally, everyone was busy with appointments, including Neal. After another company fixed half the problem, we found out they didn't replace the POA.
I sent Neal a text, early in the morning, to see if he'd return my call after he opened for business.
It wasn't long after, he called and said he'd swing by and get it fixed, which is exactly how it happened.
To add, all of this was while I was in SE Georgia and away from the property. The whole process with Neal was flawless and he'll be my goto in the future, if needed.

I cannot thank this company enough - had a flood in our office late Sunday night. They came out FIRST THING on Monday morning to fix our plumbing lines, and did it fast! They were very nice and helpful. I even called back because I was concerned about a shower in the upstairs office apartment, and they even offered stopped back by during their busy day to make sure I had peace of mind and was able to run everything with no issues (I was too scared to touch anything in fear of starting another flood!).
