Earl and Kimberly were great to deal with. They explained everything that would be done before hand. After the work was completed,Earl wasn't happy with one spot and sent his crew back out to correct the issue. Mr. Earl and Mrs. Kimberly were very knowledgeable and respectful when coming out to quote my flooring. They took their shoes off at the door, sat down with me and my Husband and explained all flooring options in extreme detail. They answered all of our questions clearly.
