I had such a wonderful experience at KC Lash Studio. As a first time lash client, I truly didn't know what to expect but Katie went above and beyond to ensure my experience was absolutely great. All of the staff was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Katie went over every detail of my service to ensure I would get the best results all while making me comfortable during the process. I am so glad I decided to treat myself, and even more so glad that I have found a group of amazing ladies that will have my repetitive service. You won't be disappointed ladies! Give them a call!
BE AWARE. I don’t know why it won’t let me select do not recommend. I planned on being a customer indefinitely and was going every two weeks for lash extensions. I always made sure to tip well. They have a clean and welcoming studio, and the ladies are professional. Although the first time I went, the hybrid extensions fell out in less than a week even with proper care, I didn’t complain. However, when I had to cancel my appointment in less than 24hrs due to a sick child, I was charged $50–so heads up if you use a card they’ll keep it on file and spend it. I understand the cancellation policy, but due to circumstances out of my control, I would think there would be exception since I emailed as soon as possible and it was completely out of my control. I feel I’m being penalized for having an unexpected sick toddler with nobody else to care for her. I have been in there many times when last minute appointments were accepted or artists were not booked. And FYI, had it been an emergency where I could not have notified them, they charge 100% of the service. Which is not a fair policy since the service could have very well cost less. Another studio in Savannah or Pooler will be getting my service and money from now on. So that missed money from my child getting sick cost a lot more than half of one appointment cost from what would have been a long term customer. Not impressed at all with how that was handled.
