Well I wasn't expecting the staff to be as friendly and respectful while also being intelligent and professional. I was comfortable during the whole visit which meant alot. I'm never comfortable in those situations. They did a Good job is all I can say.
I had no idea my visit would result in my needing assistance with my hearing. Both Allison and Katie are definitely in the right practice. Allison made me feel so comfortable. She is literally AWESOME.
