“We had a friend lose a beloved pet right here around Valentine's day but I called and the lady who answered was so nice and very considate going over all the different options and what she could do quickly. We planned to deliver the following day which was so nice but then we realized she wouldn't be there so I called back and the lady offered to deliver them that day! I feel she went above and beyond making sure our friend felt loved in a time of need. I will definitely be using them again in the future!“
