Kat at Copeland Home inspections was very meticulous and didn't miss a thing in my inspection. Had I not gotten an inspection, I might have wasted thousands of dollars getting a property that wasn't suitable. I will choose Copeland in the future and I recommend them to anyone. Cat came to our property twice. Once for an initial inspection and again for a re-inspection of completed repairs. We were extremely pleased with her work both times. She left no stone unturned and provided a very easy to read report. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Copeland again!
