Very satisfied with their customer service. I came in at a time when their computers were down. My husband and I still got our exams and order in for our glasses. We are very satisfied with our perception glasses. We even witnessed another customer come in with broken frames who was so happy to get the help she needed. Thank you. We will be back.
I am down from South Carolina visiting visiting family and Scott went above and beyond to help me. I broke the arm off my glasses and needed just a back up pair since my new glasses are on order. He popped out my lenses and made them work with a frame that they had. I really appreciate his willingness to help without hesitating. It is rare now a days to see such great customer service. Thank you Scott for saving the day.
We go to another eye dr because we have been there for years. I trust him. His front staff however has alot to be desired for. So we bring our insurance and prescription here. Great prices and everyone there knows how to get the best bang for your buck. Love Kathy !!
