Chip (and all of E.F. Thomas & Sons) were just incredible! A tree fell onto the power line to our house, and GA power notified me I needed to speak to an electrician for repairs before they could reconnect it- couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Chip. He was professional, knowledgeable, SO kind, and very respectful- every single step of the way. Not to mention how fairly priced he was, and oh so speedy. I had a number of small electrical issues Chip came in and fixed easily and quickly. He was a gentleman and professional. Great guy!I had a broken toggle switch, patio fan light not working, recessed can acting wonky (blinking) and a couple other things. Fixed 'em all! I highly recommend.Thank you.
I have used Chip and his guys three times now, since buying my home in 2021. The previous owner was a DIY guy and though had good intentions, was not knowledgeable enough to replace and wire outlets and ceiling fans. Each time the guys came out, they were thorough. They checked the wiring on each outlet of the affected circuit, to make sure the connections were strong and not faulty. They also just installed a ceiling fan for me, replacing the previously installed one. I overheard them, as they were trying to correct the previous problem wiring, saying that they needed to “make this right” for me.
