Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering this is now the third time I have had to return at least one garment because it was not properly cleaned the first time.
At this point, I genuinely question the quality of the dry-cleaning process here. When I receive my clothes back, they often do not look or feel like they have been professionally dry cleaned. Visible stains that can clearly be seen with the naked eye are still present when garments are returned to me, which makes me question whether they were thoroughly cleaned at all. The starch is also noticeably lacking, and some garments have even appeared faded compared to their original color.
