Dee is the absolute best realtor to work with! She listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect home for our family. This was our second time buying a home and the second time we asked Dee to help us. We put all of trust in her and she did not disappoint!

I had a very unique property that Dee and I both knew would not be for everyone and that it was only a small niche of people that would be looking at this property as a new home. Dee did an outstanding job of marketing our property and unexpectedly we sold the home in only two and a half months. Dee was able to get us top dollar for our home and we never dropped the price, not once. She listened to our concerns, answered all questions and explored every avenue to insure that we were well taken care of.. we love Dee and she is now part of my family. If I ever buy property in the Savannah area again, which is very likely. Dee will be my go to girl.
