I should had done a review since last year, but better late than never!. Our family just moved to springfield last year, I called a few places to schedule an oil change appointment. Everyone I've called did not stand out to me for some reason to the point that I was willing to drive back home an hour for service. But then I called Bashlor's and spoke with Hunter she asked if I could come the next day and I said yes!. When I got there, everyone was so nice and polite!. They all made me feel like I mattered and I felt right at home!. Hunter from front desk was amazing!. The guys here do great work. I would recommend to anyone in the area needing repairs. Stand up shop. Had a slight miscommunication on work that needed to be done and they handled it like true professionals. Thanks, guys! I’d trust them with any vehicle of mine.
