Needed site clearing and prep for new construction. There was also an old mobile home to be demolished. Jay and Sam advised and guided us, listening carefully to understand our priorities. Having never done any of this, it was challenging knowing exactly what we wanted and fully envisioning the outcome. They gave several options and were patient to explain and suggest based on their extensive experience. They were so respectful to us and our property. Communication was excellent with regular check ins and updates on progress. They did more than was contracted for and made sure we were satisfied, even working with EMC for pole installation. A contractor that does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it which is very rare these days. We have used Eubanks Landco a few times and would again. He communicates with you as well if there are any changes. The real deal.
