As a realtor from another county I chose this inspector because it is a Veteran run company. I was not disappointed. Tim was incredibly thorough, very friendly and helpful. He was able to get the home inspected for another veteran that isn’t even in state yet. The detail in the report is astounding and it was sent to me before I got home from the inspection. A+ folks.

Tim Robinson was incredibly thorough, collaborative, and informative on our home inspection. With his detailed report in-hand, we felt like we had gained the experience of having lived in the house for 30 years. We had a comprehensive list of maintenance items, as well as recommended solutions for each. We’d recommend him to anyone, and will certainly be using WIN in our future inspections.
