Wilson Home Inspections is one of the best rated and most respected home inspection services in the Atlanta area. The inspector is very professional, thorough, precise, and does an excellent job. Service is excellent, with the inspector being responsive, patient, kind, friendly, and truly helpful. They are flexible, willing to work on short notice and at competitive prices. Inspections utilize modern equipment and techniques, including drones for aerial roof inspections. Detailed reports are emailed the same day. The service is highly recommended, with many clients stating they would gladly use them again for their next home purchase.
Eddie was very professional and thorough. He was responsive and very patient when answering my many questions. He was also flexible and willing to work with me on the inspection time since the sellers were in the process of making sure the house was ready for inspection. He found an issue the led me to the decision to not move forward with the house but I would gladly ask him to inspect the next house I find. Highly recommend!

Eddie was GREAT to work with and was very responsive. We needed an inspection to close on townhome purchase. Eddie got it done next-day, and provided a thorough and detailed report!
