Wanted to come to this place a second time to give them another try since she cut my nails soo short the 1st. When I asked her not to. I called to make another appt... ea time I called the lady said I had the wrong#, then hang up.( answered by saying hello; instead if the name of the salon) I heard a customer in the background saying" she's asking if this is USA nails" I tried 3xs ... I think if you're going to service the community you should speak a little English and not get upset when you don't understand us....ijs .... I'll patronage another salon.

I tried to get service the owner didn’t even say hi. She acted like I was bothering her by trying to spend money. It gave racist frfr. I asked if she could do my lashes and she shook her head no even though that sign said they did. I brought that to her attention and she said well not today. Just nasty!!! No wonder it’s always half empty

I try to give this woman the benefit of the doubt and have patronized her multiple times. She doesn’t have any manners and have forgotten who feeds her. Treat your customers with respect. If you don’t know how to be respectful, you should take a course on cultural appropriation. You would have more people in your shop.
