The Snellville location was awesome. This was my first time, I always go to the location in Lithonia and they didn’t have what k was looking for. I called the Snellville location and no answer. But the clerk called me back right away and they had the HD frontal I was looking for! The clerk was very professional and timely. I loved my experience and I will be coming back!!
I had the most amazing experience purchasing hair today, Miranda was great—super attentive, informative and courteous! On the heels of getting terrible customer service at a competing hair supplier this was such a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much!
Tiara was so friendly and I appreciate her friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge. She saves me a trip bc I thought I had to drive to Smyrna to get the product I wanted. She did a great job color matching and took her time. I will definitely be back
