Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I received a free wash coupon in mail. Which, I thought was a nice touch to bring customers. Anyway, I pass Tommy's all the time so I and my son decided to take car in for a much needed wash. I was very nervous because you have to put up our car in natural once you drive up to begin the wash. I can truly say I was a little scared because I am not use to letting go of the wheel. Furthermore, the wash was excellent and the drying process. I also appreciated how the vacuum are set up. If you have someone with you the other can vacuum the other side. Which , saves time. I was excited to find Tommy's because they don't have the tire guard rails that scratch up your rims. It's literally a moving sidewalk. Great for oversized rims & tires. I didn't receive any scratches or swirl marks on my burgundy Lexus. Once you get the monthly membership and the App on your phone, you don't have to wait for assistance. Just drive through. Tommy's Express was a game changer for me?

Every time I drive my car into the wash following the instructions that printing on the LED sign the tracks pulls my car in aggressively as if it doesn’t read the car is in position. This is very frustrating and troublesome. Plus some of the vacuums do not have suction.
