Dale came out last week with great optimism and a great demeanor. He made me feel assured with his calmness and wealth of knowledge. Now comes Noel, he was equally reassuring. In fact he was able to diagnose the root cause of my issue remotely . They came out together a couple of days later and assessed the situation. For the most part he was spot on, but due to my house being 63 years old he could not identify unforeseen conditions. We encountered several and he resolved all.
