I’m new to the area and have been going here for the last 3-4 months. If you want builder go to the guy. But they are only good for basic gel and color. I’ve tried designs and both times it was ok. However today will probably be my last time after working with Tammi. The rudest and not customer oriented person ever!

I have been at this Solon a couple of times and what I’ve found is that all of them are the same. They are in it for the money, but everyone needs to understand that these people have to deal with, the bad, the good and the ugly. I feel for them because have to take some jacked up feet and hands and try to make them pretty. When you are not happy tell them, I think they will help make it better ?
The first girl who did my pedicure was lovely. Very sweet and took her time. The second girl who painted my nails though rushed through it and was clearly irritated. That can be seen in her work as my gel pedicure is pealing?! Idk def was not worth the money I paid for and although I am close by I will not be a regular. I’d rather drive out to Gwinnett or something for a quality pedicure rather than pay around $60 for a peeling pedicure. Please talk with your staff. And try to inform customers when you switch staff around b/c while some of your staff is outstanding. The bad apples are ruining your business.
