Let me just tell you.I just witness top-notch service.Customer service from Yasmany Borges, from strata services, he was very respectful.He was very knowledgeable.He was able to look at my unit and tell me in a broken down way that I understand what was going on with it!!!
I had another company.Come over only because of my home owners insurance allowed this!!
I wish strata would have been first on their list.If you have never booked with this company , you need to asap!!!

Five stars for Kevin with Strada Services. He stopped by today to handle some 11-month warranty items for our home in the Independence Phase 2 subdivision, and I was so impressed. He didn't just do the bare minimum; he really went above and beyond to address our concerns and explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find that level of service these days.
