Was really excited to try this place for a facial, as it’s close by to my home. Had a 5pm appointment, got there by 4:50. Was waiting in the back room for the esthetician, thinking they were finishing up a client. By 5:15 I hadn’t heard anything, so I walked back up to the front desk to ask the receptionist. Thats when I learned the esthetician was coming from somewhere else apparently, and had not arrived yet. He texted and called the esthetician to no avail. I had a tight schedule so I ended up having to cancel the appointment & leaving around 5:25. I never heard from anyone about an apology or explanation of what happened. Terrible first impression of this business.… read full review
This place is literally gold. I'm learning to invest in my skin to show up how I want and this place affirms my decision evey time! From the time you walk in to when you leave it is such a pleasurable experience. The staff is just amazing (literally every one) and customer service is the best. 10/10 for me! I'm so glad I found this spa, especially as a black woman.
