R Contracting Services
“My husband and I recently worked with R Contracting Services on a major backyard transformation that included a new wooden deck, greenhouse, fence, gate, and pathway, and we could not be happier with the results.
What impressed us from the very beginning was how quickly the process moved. We first contacted R Contracting Services on July 24th, and Renee and Sam came out the following Monday to walk through our backyard and discuss our vision for the greenhouse. Renee was incredibly helpful in developing our ideas. She sent us several photos, reviewed different options for the greenhouse sides and roof, and helped us think through details we had not even considered.
We applied for financing through Lyons that weekend, had the funds by the following Wednesday, and once the required deposit was made, work began almost immediately. By Friday, crews were already in our backyard removing trees, tearing out the old deck, and clearing the bamboo forest that stood where we envisioned a new fence, gate, and pathway leading from the deck to the greenhouse.
The project continued moving at an impressive pace. Lumber deliveries and a dumpster arrived the following Monday, and by August 28th the deck was completed. The new fence and gate were nearly finished, and after the greenhouse was delivered on August 23rd, assembly quickly got underway. Plumbing and electrical work were completed and installed by September 3rd.
Throughout the entire project, every worker was polite, punctual, professional, and dependable. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Renee was especially wonderful to work with. She was patient as we worked through countless decisions, visited the job site frequently, communicated consistently, and truly made us feel supported from start to finish.
The finished deck, fence, gate, pathway, and greenhouse have completely transformed our backyard. This was genuinely one of the most pleasant home improvement projects we have ever undertaken, and the quality of the work speaks for itself.
My husband and I are already discussing our next project, and there is no question that R Contracting Services will be the first company we call. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.”
