I had an appointment with Dr. Safri and explained I would be sending a form that I needed signed for my employer. I sent the form the next day via the patient portal because they told me that they don’t have an email for patients. 3 WEEKS later they called me with a question about the form I “just sent in”. Do they check patient portal questions once every 6 weeks?!? Completely unacceptable and I’ll be finding another doctor.

concern for patient concerns or conditions, when ask why I was set up an appointment for surgery and only came to get my heart rate checked she proceeded to say " I don't know this is a clinic not a hospital"

I started going to this clinic in 2023. Dr. Heath is personable, attentive, and caring. Dr. Safri is very knowledgeable about healthy eating. The front desk staff must have improved from prior reviews because they have been very professional. Wait time is minimal. I recommend this practice, especially Dr. Heath.
