Dr. T was amazing and so was Cierra/Sierra. They were super patient and attentive .When I came in with my Yorkie …. they took time and explained every single step and the doctor even doubled back to ask if I had more questions. Even in my hugely emotional state I was still handled delicately and with the upmost respect. You cant go wrong with Dr. Tameka and staff. ❤
Today, I brought my puppy in for an appointment because he had been suffering from stomach issues for the past two days. Unfortunately, I had to attend alone because my husband had significant work responsibilities and was unable to accompany me.
Although I speak some English, I was extremely worried about my puppy’s condition and did my best to communicate as clearly as possible. I even had a translator prepared to help facilitate communication with the receptionist. However, the receptionist’s attitude toward me was hostile, dismissive, and frankly very rude from the beginning.

Front desk staff is amazing, friendly and understandable. Had to bring our dog in for anal gland issues. When we returned to pick her up, we were told they couldn't do anything except provide meds for her. Spoke with Dr. Very knowledgeable and informative. But our disappointment was the fact the anal gland area was not cleaned up in any manner. So did they actually look at it? Because without cleaning it up, it was hard to tell what the issue was. Is it normal to not clean up the patient before they leave?
