Very good visit I had with a cat, very impressed that they informed me what needs to be done, gave me some options of treatment and told me upfront!!! The associated costs for the different options not afterwards handing you an invoice that you might not expect. Very good service and communication - anytime again!!! Thank you so much!
Service was great but I was not expecting the cost I paid after my pup visit. Unfortunately he had a bad ear infection and I was already over my spending budget so to have it looked at was too much for my affordability. Doctor sent him home with ear drops to take for a month, but unfortunately the bottle is not big enough to last that long. ??♀️
Lady I spoke with at the front desk was very sympathetic to the lose of my 4 legged best dog ever. Explained how their plans work and how to get started. Again I'm so glad she was able to talk to me about the lose of Bull Terrier.
