We have been using Vector Tax for several years now for both "normal" tax filings as well as, regrettably to deal with the IRS to make right some past mistakes on my part with my taxes. No matter the context, Joe and his team were experts technically, and probably more importantly easy to work with and non-judgemental about past mistakes. Recommended highly.
