WM - Atlanta West Hauling is a comprehensive waste management and environmental services company that has been serving the needs of residential, commercial, and industrial customers since 1968. The company offers a range of services, including dumpster rental, curbside trash pickup, and recycling collection.
Customers have generally been satisfied with WM's services, with the dumpster truck always arriving on time and the driver ensuring the code on the lock is erased. However, one customer has noted an issue with the dumpster lid not being properly secured, allowing others to access the dumpster and deposit their own trash. This has caused inconvenience for the customer, who has had to take time to fix the problem.
Another customer has expressed dissatisfaction with the inconsistent pick-up schedule, with the dumpster not being picked up on the agreed-upon Monday mornings. Despite these issues, a third customer has praised the company's responsiveness and the excellent service provided by their sales representative, Stephanie Norwood, in the Atlanta area.
Our HOA has been using Waste Management for quite a few years. They are dependable and offer good customer service. They may not be the cheapest service, but when we've gotten a lower quote from other companies, we've always been able to contact customer service and can generally get a price match.
I asked our church custodian about WM dumpster service, so I can give an honest review. The dumpster truck is always on time, and the driver always rolls the tumblers to erase the code on the lock. But the only complaint is the bar is never pushed down, and anyone can push the lid up and dump their trash. Our custodian comes on Thursday to clean the church and, and she constantly sees the bar up, and has to take time to fix the problem. This is why we pay went with WM, because our last dumpster was being used by the community for their trash deposit. I hope I can go back to 5 stars, and I'm sure this problem can be taken care of. I personally went to the church this morning… read full review
When we renewed the contract it was agreed that the dumpster would start being picked up on Monday morning, this happened for about two weeks then you went back to not picking it up until Tuesday mornings. WHY ???
