I stopped by today to this location to get my glasses repaired. First time ever heard of this place. I was so pleasantly attended to. I will definitely come back and I recommend. Very nice place!

ERIC!!!! very demure, very mindful, very considerate. 10/10 favorite eye experience I’ve literally ever had. This man should be the face of the company… I’m not even joking I wish I could give him a raise myself!! My day was cloudy when I came in because I stepped on my glasses and Eric brought the sun back out!!! The smile on my face man. I love it here!!!

Customer service at this location was great! I think I found the perfect frames for a very god price Update; both pair of glasses that I got from this location in Smyrna have fallen apart. I could put them down on the table and the lenses would pop out. They followed apart. The lenses are bent and broken. These are the cheapest glasses and shoddy equipment. The sales staff were really nice so I gave him a positive review in the beginning, but when I look at the quality of the material and the glasses I got it's very very disappointing. Avoid them at all cost and just go to a Legitimate provider.
